Continuing their tradition of offering the most advanced and up to date aftermarket scan tool for VW and Audi, Ross-Tech has released Version 8 of the VAG-COM Diagnostic System in Beta form.
Lansdale, PA, March 9, 2008: Mr. Uwe Ross, owner of Ross-Tech, LLC, today announced a new version of Ross-Tech’s flag ship product, the VAG-COM Diagnostic System. “We believe we have the only aftermarket tool which is already usable on the new Audi B8 platform; the A5/S5 and upcoming all-new A4 model cars. Although we currently consider it a Beta, we expect to provide a full stable Release version early in the 2nd quarter.” The VAG-COM Diagnostic System (VCDS) is the only tool in the aftermarket that turns a standard PC into a factory level tool for VW-Group cars worldwide.
With the new version, Ross-Tech is also introducing a new product name and product logo. Henceforth, the VAG-COM Diagnostic System will be called ‘VCDS’ and will feature a unique logo. “Although we are changing the product name, we are not changing the way we do business. We will continue to offer the system at a price which many of our customers consider too good to be true, along with free updates and a level of product support which we believe is unmatched in this industry.”
